How to use this heater?

Press the ‘SET’ button to adjust the temperature.Each press will increase the temperature by 1°F.Continue pressing until the desired target temperature, which can range from 63°F to 94°F, is reached.If no further adjustments are made within 3 seconds, the target temperature will be set and the display will display the current temperature.The heater will start to heat up and the red light will turn on.The heater will automatically turn off the heating once the set temperature is reached and the red light will turn off.

How to choose the size?

If the temperature you set is 30 °F higher than the room temperature, please choose a larger size.

Example: I have the 12 Gallons aquarium, normally I buy the 25W heater. But the room temperature is 46°F, I want to heat the water up to 80°F, I have to buy 50W which has more power because the air temperature is 30°F less than the target water temperature, so we need a more powerful heater.

A sensor is added to the top of the heating rod, if the water does not pass through the top of the heating rod, E1 is displayed, and it will stop heating to protect itself

When we choose a heater, we should try to choose a more powerful wattage to avoid a second purchase. For example, it takes 1 hour to heat 100W to a certain temperature, and when the temperature stops heating, 50W will take 2 hours or more, so it doesn’t mean 50W is save more energy

You need to put this product completely in water when it’s heating water. The heater heats more precisely in the circulating water, the best position is at the outlet of the water. Do not bury the heating rod in the sand Wait 10 minutes after unplugging, then remove the heater from the water

Auto Power Off

When there is a lack of water at the top of the water heater, E1 will show up, then the heating will stop, and when you put it back in the water, it will warm up. Note: Even with this feature, place the heatsink completely in water to avoid burning the case. Please wash it regularly, algae and scale can make the sensor insensitive

Water Level Sensor

Two water level sensors are included on the top, and it is recommended to place the heater vertically so that the heating rod can detect the water level more accurately. When the water level detector does not detect water, E1 is automatically displayed

How to place?

Do not turn the heater upside down or place it outside the water to heat it. The radiator’s water level sensor is located at the top, so it can be placed vertically or flat in the water, and the radiator should not be buried in sand.

Once the power is turned off, please let it stay for ten minutes before taking it out of the water.

If your screen shows E1, E2, 04 cannot return to normal state, you can try holding down the controller button for 20 seconds, you will see a number displayed, then quickly press the button three times, then stop, the heating will return to the normal state. For example, if you hold down for 20 seconds, it will flash 66, press the button 3 times to show 69, wait 2 seconds to return to normal. Display 66 requires setting 69, 67 requires setting 70, display 68 requires setting 71, and so on. Thank you for your understanding.Controller is not waterproof, do not immerse it into water or wash it.Some users use their hands to measure the heating temperature, feel that the water is not hot, and think that the product is not working, which is inaccurate, because the temperature of the human body is 36 degrees Celsius, and our heating temperature is lower than the temperature of the human body, we will feel the water is cold. If your hands are also cold, below the heating temperature, you may feel that the water is hot.
