Robert Lemieux became involved in the equestrian world as an event rider, competing at Olympic and World Championship level for Great Britain and Canada.

Robert and his wife Lisa launched the LeMieux brand in 2009 when they identified a need for quality lambskin saddle pads and created their own range.

“We really wanted to make equipment that was innovative, well-made but above all, affordable.” This is the philosophy they still pursue today.

SUPPORTIVE – The new LeMieux Carbon Air brings the latest in protection design with a smart and durable XC boot. These boots are perfect to withstand the rigor of cross country and can also be used as tough everyday work boots.
CROSS COUNTRY BOOTS – These fully vented XC boots allow air to strategically flow through the boot to keep tendons cool. Cutting-edge shock absorption and tendon support with a flexible polycarbonate strike guard give these boots superior protection to prevent injury while still keeping a super lightweight profile.
FOR HIND LEGS – The close-fit new perforated EVA lining is ultra soft and non-slip with an elasticated central locking strap that keeps the boot securely in place. Max individual boot weight is 215g. Sold in pairs.
EASY CARE – LeMieux boots are easily machine washable at a low temperature with ordinary washing tablets or detergent. Simply ensure the horse boots have all velcro fastened and all clip straps are attached before washing and wash inside a wash bag for best results. Air dry only and protect from any heat source.
SAFE & SECURE FIT – Correct fitting is essential for the optimum use of Carbon Air Boots. Remove from packaging and shape the strike guards prior to putting them on. The guards are often flattened when packaged and need to be made more pliable for best fitting. These cross-country boots need to be put on firmly, so follow all fitting instructions carefully.
