Why is everything normal the first time, but after one or a few uses, it doesn’t work?

Please note to disassemble and clean the pump head after each use, as sand and gravel may affect the pump’s operation. Additionally, be careful not to let the switch fall into the water during use.

Why is there a decrease in suction power?

The motor of this product operates using vacuum pumping technology. Please make sure that the motor is fully submerged in water before turning on the power. Otherwise, you may risk damaging the motor if you turn it on in the air.

What would happen if the motor is accidentally opened in the air?

If you mistakenly switch on the motor while it is in the air, the amount of suction produced will decrease. To fix this problem, put the motor completely under water for at least half an hour. The suction power will be restored.

Why does the filter cup come off during use?

The filter cup coming off may be due to incorrect installation. Please carefully review the installation instructions in the manual or video for proper guidance.

If the sand clogs the suction nozzle during use and prevents normal operation, what should I do?
